We bought our house with Ginny this past fall. Ginny is everything we were looking for in a real estate agent and more! During the house hunting process Ginny was able to quickly help us identify houses that we should see, provided honest insight and was incredibly responsive.   During the bidding process, Ginny was able to guide us in proposing a strong bid that we felt comfortable with, on a house that we now call home and love! Ginny was absolutely outstanding. She was right there for us every step of the way. A great example of Ginny's responsiveness is what happened when we painted the kitchen. The stager (who works with Ginny and is also great) chose the color, but when we started to put it on the walls, we were less than thrilled. Ginny was IN THE ROOM in under 10 minutes and helped us understand the vision (which was right). I not only found a dedicated and knowledgeable professional, I also found a friend.

I can't say enough good things about Ginny's professionalism as a high energy and extremely responsive realtor. Ginny initially presented a marketing plan to my wife and me that explained exactly how she was going to sell the house; and then went and executed the plan. Our house was sold within a few days of listing and there were several offers, all at or above list. We had the good fortune of selecting great buyers we knew would be great neighbors. I liked that she would be present for each and every showing, however that wasn't necessary because Ginny sold my house in one day. Ginny is a smart businessperson.
